◊ Gift Cards Available
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount, so you can customize services and packages. If you want a hair service gift card with a specific team member, please reach out to them directly. For all other services or if you would like a general gift card from the salon, you can purchase a digital gift card from our link here.

◊ Child Policy – Due to insurance liability, for the courtesy of others and your comfort, children under 12 are permitted in the salon for their scheduled appointments only. For your visit, we request that you make proper childcare arrangements.

◊ What if I have to cancel my appointment? – If you must reschedule your appointment, please notify us 12 hours beforehand. Each team member may have a separate cancellation policy. Please check with your service provider.

◊ What if I am late for an appointment? – Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you.

◊ Cell Phones – If you must receive calls during your visit, please switch your phone to vibrate.

◊ Refund Policy – There will be no refunds for products that you buy; you may, however, exchange the product for another type of product with the same value amount. Gift cards are non-refundable.

◊ Accepted Forms of Payment – Depending on the team member: Cash, Check, Debit & Credit Cards, Venmo, or Paypal
